Funding

The faculties have allocated in total 4 full PhD-fellowships per year for 2 years, i.e. 1 fellowship per faculty/year. All fellowships must be initiated by the end of 2012.  These fellowships are, in accordance with the established agreement of inter-faculty PhD fellowship, divided into thirds. Typically, one third will be financed by the principal supervising faculty, one third by another partner involved in the project (e.g. by the other participating faculty) and one third by the industrial partner or other external funding.

Examples:

Two "wet" University of Copenhagen Faculties (e.g. Health Sciences and Life Sciences) + an industrial partner (Novo Nordisk A/S, H. Lundbeck A/S or LEO Pharma A/S).

Three "wet" University of Copenhagen Faculties (e.g. Health Sciences, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Sciences).

Two "wet" University of Copenhagen Faculties (e.g. Life Sciences and Science) with one entity from one faculty and two entities from another faculty.
